Unable to copy domain

Hi All,

I am trying to copy domain from EBS to another domain, while doing this OTM display the mesage like this FROM_DOMAIN TO_DOMAIN EBS to EBSAAES, instance not moving to further process.

This is the error or OTM is copying the doamin?
Please explain...
