Scenario: Border crossing stop to be added when pickup in MEX and delivery in USA.
Configuration: I configured itinerary to utilize Leg Interim Points and defined border crossing location as Interim Point with Special Service Border Crossing with Driver Time Type Driver Work and Time Based checked in planning section with sequence Between Unloading and Loading. Also border crossing location configured with location role ShipFrom/ShipTo and calendar with activity type of OTHER with Monday thru Friday 9am till 2pm perform OTHER activity. Location has been assigned with Activity Time Definition of Border Crossing with fixed time of 1 hour.
Issue: When I plan shipment from source pickup @ 6pm to delivery next day delivery, ideally it should arrive and wait at border crossing until next morning 9am when location is open to perform other activity. However, its not, its arriving and departing border crossing location at midnight, it does populated activity time of 1 hr which is fixed time as configured.
Am I missing any configuration for this scenario? Have you encounter this in any of your implementation? We are on OTM 6.3.1. Any pointers would be much appreciated.
