CzarLite RateBase

Hi,
we Installed CzarLite rate base ..tariff name "LITECZ02"

created new rate offering,rate record in OTM..

if weight less than 8000lb ..we are seeing correct base cost ..
if weight is more than 8000lb ..we are seeing same value as base cost ..even we give weight as 9000lb or 10000lb.

Please let me know if we are missing any setup or procedure how to setup new tariff name(Czarlite) in OTM..
