So we have a normal actual scenario where we are getting updated shipment actuals via integration into OTM post ship. Our issue seems to be getting the updated ServiceProvider in OTM. rest of all the data in the integration seems to be updated fine but the ServiceProvider wont get updated. I tested and saw if we resend the transaction in otm, the service provider DOES get updated on the 2nd run. This was really weird and i was hoping if any of you have seen this before and have some workaround for this? Any pointers are appreciated.
