An error occurred during XDock bulkplan processing

Hi All,

i am doing Xdock shipment, facing error below

Exception
An error occurred during bulkplan processing. (bulkPlanPK=GUEST.20141223-0002)
An exception occurred in a bulkplan process
ejb.LogisticsGuide record not found: pk=NO LOGISTICS GUIDE EXISTS
Could not retrieve LOGISTICS_GUIDE(s)

please give me the soluation.
