Calculate shipment cost based on Weight and Volume basises

Hi All,

I do not know whether the below case is possible or not. Please correct me if I am wrong.

As per my requirement, half of the shipment cost should calculate based on order weight and rest half shipment cost should calculate based on order volume basis.

Means, 50% of shipment cost should calculate based on order weight and 50% shipment cost calculate based on order volume.

Is it possible in OTM.
