OTM login page error after fresh install "HTTP-503 servlet glog.webserver.servlet..."

Hi I've Installed OTM 6.3.4 on the linux server with the help of this guide http://www.otmwiki.com/wiki/index.ph...allation_Guide

but I'm not getting login page. I've tried 2 times fresh installation still facing same issue.

I've searched the blog for similar issue and tried all most all the solutions given but still not resolved.

One more thing there is no logs in weblogic folder "console.log.0"

I've attached the logs and screenshots.

Can anyone please check and let me know whats the issue here.
