We have created one report in OTM which provides Shipment Details
Created one Query Template (XML) and one Format Template (RTF) for the same
At database level when we execute SQL Query it provides output within 15 seconds however, when we execute same report in OTM with same parameters it took 4-5 minutes to get report from OTM in Excel/HTML format
Can anyone let me know which parameter/property need to check at OTM level to improve the performance of the report?
