Multi-stop planning

Hi All,

I need to plan a shipment from City A->City B->City C. I have rates for City A->City B->City C and for City A->City D->City C.
I have 2 rate record with the destination region having city B and C in one rate record and city D and C in another.
When I plan, it is always taking the rate record with region D,C.

Is there a way, I can have OTM pickup correct rates for planning? I have tried adding region group in the rate offering and then having Destination Region condition in the rate record cost but it does not work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank.
