We are setting a custom status value for the shipment using a custom action, but before setting the status, the system should check for some editable fields on the result screen to be populated. For that we have created 2 action checks which ask for the fields to be entered. But those action checks are not working and the action is directly changing the status of the shipment. We have 2 domains in our project and the same thing is working perfectly in other domain. Can anyone suggest something?
