I want to schedule appointments using the stop times at the associated stop from the buy shipment when a service provider accepts tender.
I have an Agent that automatically schedules the appointment, however it always schedules the appointment to the planned/estimated depart time of the stop, not the arrival time.
I have also tried the RECALC STOP APPOINTMENT TIMES from the SHIPMENT - APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED event, however the result is the same
It also only schedules the stop for the time period indicated in the slot time interval. not the full time of the stop arrive and depart
This buy shipments are created from Ground Services which have fixed/planned arrival and depart times.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
