regd - xml transmission

Hi All,

I tried uploading order base XML which creates ship to location on the fly which means creates location in the system if shipto location is not present in system.

The issue is if I use already existing location and upload it, then new location is being created with "_001" extension which should not happen.

Kindly help me in this regard. Attached the XML for reference.
