Container Optimization

Hello,

I wanted to know more about "Container Optimization" in OTM. I have
gone through with the OTM Help & internet browsing option but unable to
understand much more about it while creating set up in application.

By any chance can anyone please help me to make more understand on this topic?
Appreciated if you could provide any reference document, ppt's, links, etc.
