FSC apply on accessorial

Hi,

We have this situation for the shipment cost
Base cost
Accessorial A
Accessorial B
Accessorial FSC

We want OTM to calculate the FSC with the “base cost” and “accessorial A”, we don't want to consider “accessorial B” into the calculation. Anybody know to do it?
