Can't find the XSL for Accessorial Cost screen

I have been trying to fnd the XSL for the accessorial costs to change from 2 to 4 digits the "prec" param but I can't find it.

I have found the solution on Doc ID 1295405.1 and I understood what I need to do but I can't just find it.

We are using 6.1 OTM version atm.
