So, we're happily moving on down to OTM Easy Town and I get an email from a user stating they can't see shipment details. I can't get images to upload so I'll have to describe it.
View on the "Buy Shipments". The user can search and find their Shipment, but when they click on the link to drill into the shipment they get the following standard OTM error w/ Stack Trace, and "Fix Error".
User ABCCO.SOMEUSER does not have rights to access Rate_Geo_Cost_Query Data
I've checked the user and they are setup like all the other users who access shipments. Anyone have any idea where to go to look deeper into this?
