OTM GTM Help Needed

Hello Experts,

I have 5 years of experience in EBS with Financial and SCM Modules, now i have a requirement to move into OTM/GTM as i am new to this i am looking for your guidance.

1) Can i use OTM/GTM in the same Vision Instance which i am using now? or do i need any special hardware requirements?

2) Will be thankful to the experts if you can guide me to start a bit, so that i expand my knowledge.

3) Any startup documents or if any one can help me with the basic setups.
