Unable to create Order Release

Team,

I try to create order release from ob lines using 'Release Total Order Amount' function in 6.3 but it throws error 'Unable to release over total amount'.

In planning parameter the releasing qual is 'Fundamental'. also Release instruction is created but 'Processed' is not checked in Obline screen.

I deleted those release instruction and then tried but still same error. Also, instead of multiple lines tried with single but still not successful.

Please let me know as this is urgent.
