We have upgraded to OTM 6.3. We are having our users test their roles. We have one user who attempted to access Business Process Automation->Reporting->Report WorkSpace and receives following error:

However we have another user with different role who can access Report WorkSpace with no problem. I have compared ACL's and they are both the same. Can someone please provide any additional information that would help resolve this issue. Thanks so much!
