Relay Shipment Process

Hi,

Here is my scenario of stops on a shipment:

1) X->A->B->C->D->E

Shipment is assigned to Driver D1.

2) Now Driver D1 can only cover X->A->B->C.

3) Driver D2 is assigned for rest but he meet D1 at stop location B and loads the cargo of Location D and E.

The client is wanting to have the final result as such:

D1 : X->A->B->C->D->E
D2 : X->D->E

Is it possible? As I understand relay shipment can only work as thus below:
D1 : X->A->B->C
D2 : D->E

Any inputs would help!
